WHAT I’VE NOTICED

For over three decades, I’ve worked from every angle:

The inside: leading learning, shaping culture, and sitting in the rooms where talent gets discussed.

And the outside: as an entrepreneur, author and coach to some of the most brilliant (and most overlooked) people I've ever met.

They weren't short of talent. They were short of a plan, and of anyone telling them how careers actually move.
